Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Alamogordo, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
Scope of Work Required: Site Grading and Over-Excavation, SWPPP, Geotechnical Report (CTP), Material Testing and Inspections, Concrete Footing and Stem Walls, Pre-Engineered Building, Underground Sewer and Water Utilities, Electrical Underground Utilities. The project will consist of: o Design and construct a deep foundation system. This work includes performing a geotechnical investigation using Cone Penetration Testing (CPT) methods, then designing and constructing an appropriate deep foundation system based on the recommendations of the geotechnical report and in coordination with the structural requirements of the pre-engineered comfort station building. o Design and construct site improvements. This work encompasses the design and construction of site grading, stormwater management, concrete paving, site walls and subsurface water, waste, and electrical utilities per the requirements of the preengineered comfort station building. o Install or construct the pre-engineered comfort station building. NPS has already identified suppliers that can satisfy the functional, material, and appearance requirements of this project. The work includes supplying and installing (or constructing) the predesigned, pre-engineered comfort station building in coordination with all other work.
