The Work designated as Otero/GreenTree Regional Landfill Cell #6 consists of developing and installing a liner and developing Cell #6, in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and other Contract Documents. BID_20250711_PW2025-006_LF2402_LandfillC A Bid Security shall accompany each Bid in the amount of not less than five (5) percent of the total Bid amount. The successful BIDDER will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred (100) percent of the Bid amount to assure the performance of the Contract, as well as payment for all labor and materials of the Contract. No Bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids, and the City of Alamogordo reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and waive all technicalities and formalities. No BIDDER may withdraw their Bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the Bid Opening thereof. Questions received after 2:00 PM on August 12, 2025 will not be answered.
