Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Kissimmee, Florida. Working plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.

The Project includes the design coordination, preconstruction, and construction of a new FBO maintenance facility and supporting vertical improvements on an approximately eight-acre parcel at Kissimmee Gateway Airport. The facility will be constructed by the Owner and delivered to Cirrus under the terms of a long-term build-to-suit ground lease agreement. Horizontal infrastructure improvements (e.g., utilities, site access, drainage) are being delivered by Owner under a separate contract and will run concurrently with the vertical construction. The selected CMAR will be required to coordinate with the horizontal contractor(s) and maintain alignment with the overall site and Project development schedule. This RFQ seeks a CMAR firm to provide: Preconstruction services, including cost estimating, scheduling, constructability review, and GMP development Construction phase services, including management and execution of all vertical building work and integration with all connected horizontal infrastructure improvements The selected CMAR firm will work in close collaboration with the Project Stakeholders throughout all phases of project delivery.
