Site work for a civil project in Kissimmee, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The successful respondents shall utilize an open book approach to the projects and provide pre-construction services and a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) with full disclosure of actual costs to TOHO. Preconstruction responsibilities include, but are not limited to value engineering, construction cost estimating, constructability reviews, associated meetings and conferences, and open-book GMP development. Additionally, the successful respondents shall provide construction phase services, consisting of, but not limited to, administrative services, procurement, construction management, scheduling, supervision and accepted accounting principles throughout the complete project. Firms submitting must have prior Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR) experience for public entities. Questions Due Date: Aug 11th 2025, 5:00 PM EDT. If the Respondent is a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) on the Florida Unified Certification (UCP) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Directory, as maintained by the Florida Department of Transportation, or a Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) with Minority-Owned Business Designation or Woman-Owned Designation on the Certified Vendor Directory maintained by the Florida Office The project will expand the Parkway WRFs capacity from 1.5 MGD to 2.0 MGD, The project includes: Replacement of the existing flowmeter(s) Replacement of the existing mechanical screen and headworks improvements\ Installation of level transducers at the existing fixed effluent weirs to monitor flow to each Oxidation Ditch Installation of monitoring probes and replacement of the oxidation ditch drain valves. Installation of measurement instruments at the weir gate for each clarifier Demolition of existing Secondary Clarifier No. 1 and construction of two new clarifiers\n Construction of a new RAS/WAS pump station Motorizing the existing butterfly valves on the influent and effluent of the disk filters and connect to\nSCADA. Installation of filter influent TSS monitoring Construction of a filter bypass line with a modulating motorized valve Construction of two new Chlorine Contact Chambers rized slide gates at the influent box\n Demolition of the existing Wash Water Pump Station, installation of a new small jockey pump and\nconstruction of a new wash water feed line from the High Service Pump Station Replacing existing 4-inch wash water yard piping with larger 6-inch and 8-inch piping and installing\nadditional fire hydrant.\n Replacement of the existing influent and effluent plug valves on the WAS Holding Tanks with new SCADA controlled motorized valves.\n Relining of the existing Emergency Storage Basin (Reject Pond)
