The City of Kissimmee is soliciting Requests for Proposals for Design-Build Contractor services for new construction of a residential single-family unit to be built on property owned by the City. This project will be funded through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program. The Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) is a federal program promulgated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to enable state and local governments to address the high rate of foreclosures impacting our communities. The City of Kissimmee is seeking the services of a team to construct a one-story, three or fourbedroom, two-bathroom, housing unit consisting of approximately 1800 square feet.
