City of Mentor on the Lake is accepting bids for the Installation of two 6 ft. tall pressure-treated wooden privacy fences that are approximately 2,000 linear feet in total along the North and South end of McMinn Park. Completion Date: October 30, 2025 Please contact the Director of Administration at(440) 257-7216 if you have any questions. The City requires contractors to register with the city. A fence permit must be obtained through the City prior to beginning work. Bidders must submit at least two references. Bids will be evaluated using a better and best value model, not solely on price. Contractors must carry general liability insurance. Please include a completed W-9 form with your bid submission All contractors involved with the project must be in compliance the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 as required.
