Midland County Hospital District is accepting bids for the project entitled: WC Suite 305 Finish Renovation at the F. Marie Hall Outpatient Treatment Center - West Campus for Midland Memorial Hospital, located at 4214 Andrews Hwy, Midland, TX 79705 A Bid Bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) will be required for all bids. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a general contract with the Midland County Hospital District. Payment and Performance Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price may be required by Owner upon contract execution.Midland County Hospital District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive formalities.
