Harmony Public Schools, a Texas open-enrollment charter school, is issuing a Request for Proposals for a Construction Manager-At-Risk to perform construction services on a project in Midland, Texas involving a ground up construction of a 79,000 square foot middle & high school facility including parking lot, playfield and landscaping. Construction scope consists of but is not limited to concrete, drywall, glazing, finishes, roofing, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, landscaping, low voltage, and other related work as specified in the project documents ( HSA Midland Phase III GU - CMAR) and meeting any and all codes required. Question Deadline 08/18/2025 at 9:00 AM CT Inquiries may be submitted in writing via the HPS eBid System no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the proposal due date. The School reserves the right to reject any or all responses to this RFP, to waive technicalities, to re-advertise or to proceed otherwise where in the best interest of the School.
