Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Contract No. 3024-S-m consists of the construction of approximately 1,100 LF of 15" storm sewmcnt of approximately 1,860 LF of curbing, the replacement of approximately 850 SY of sidewalk, removing the brick on Dinsmore Avenue and repaving the entire street, and related restoration. Work under this contract shall include all materials, equipment, supplies, and labor for the construction as shown and specified in the Contract Documents. The Notice to Proceed will be in March of 2026. the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, non reserves the right lo waive all minor informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work and to award the contract as may be deemed in the best interest of the Owner.
