Description

Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Savannah, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 17,000-square-foot clubhouse / community center.

Proposals must be on the Board of Purchase Proposal Forms to be considered. The Board of Purchase reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive formalities. The City of Savannah Promotes Equal Opportunities for all vendors in City purchases. The facility will include a gymnasium with amenities such as multi-purpose rooms, fitness areas, offices, concessions, restrooms/lockers, and other community spaces. The structure will be constructed on a concrete slab-on-grade with a continuous concrete footing supporting load-bearing CMU walls. The roof is expected to be framed with steel bar joists, a metal deck, and a membrane Section II - Scope of Services Page 2 of 12 roof.
