TSTS-EW-3005 - Enabling Road Works Package. The scope of work associated with this RFQ includes but is not limited to the supply of all materials, labour, and installation associated with Stage 1 Enabling Works - Road work and includes asphalt reconstruction and concrete curb reconstruction, installation of topsoil and sod, pathway reconstruction, and concrete sidewalk reconstruction. A high-level overview of the scope of work is as follows, subject to change: Asphalt Reconstruction - Full Depth: Subcontractor to supply and install full depth reconstruction of asphalt of specified areas of Legget Street, Hutcheon Avenue, and Howlett Street. Full depth reconstruction consists of 12.5mm Asphalt surface course on 19.0 Asphalt base course on GRANULAR A on GRANULAR B. Subcontractor to provide and compact new granular base layers. Subcontractor to supply, place, and compact asphalt lifts. Subcontractor to supply and install pavement markings as specified by drawings. Asphalt Reconstruction - Partial Depth: Subcontractor to supply and install Partial depth reconstruction of asphalt of specified areas on Legget Street, Hutcheon Avenue, and Howlett Street. Subcontractor to remove existing surface course to specified depth and repave. Subcontractor to match joints flush. Concrete Curbs: Subcontractor to supply and install new concrete curbs along specified areas of roadway. Subcontractor to provide and install formwork for concrete curbs as per drawing profiles. Concrete curbs follow OPSD 600.110 standards. Other items: Subcontractor to supply and install sod over 100mm topsoil along specified areas of roadway. Subcontractor to water and maintain sod until accepted by CM. Subcontractor to supply and install pathway reconstruction where specified on drawings. This consists of 50mm HL3F MIX W/ PGAC 58-34 ASPHALT 150mm GRANULAR A. Subcontractor to supply and install concrete sidewalk reconstruction where specified on drawings. This consists of 150mm concrete sidewalk, 150mm GRANULAR A. Subcontractor to supply and install paving stone pathway.
