East Region - Area East The Ministry of Transportation of Ontario invites the submissions of PROPOSALS for the following CONTRACTOR DIRECTED MAINTENANCE CONTRACT in the Ottawa East area within East Region. This CONTRACTOR DIRECTED MAINTENANCE CONTRACT will include the management and supervision of winter and summer routine maintenance work of Provincial Highways, including some minor rehabilitation work. CDMC 2025-02 In the vicinity of the communities of Ottawa, Carleton Place, Arnprior, Carlsbad Springs, Hawksbury, Vankleek Hill, Casselman, Perth and Smith Falls. Required Pre-qualification: Available Tier Rating of $25.0M in AM - Area Maintenance Rating. Contractors not having a qualification rating should refer to the Request for Proposal document. Applications for qualification will not be accepted for tendering purposes after 12:00 noon on the last business day of the preceding week prior to the tender closing date. To assist in proposal preparation, Ministry staff will be available to answer questions at a Pre-Submission Meeting for all prospective Proponents, which will be held on: August 20th, 2025, at 10:15 AM (EST). This meeting will be held via teleconference or video-conference. The lowest qualified or any other proposal not necessarily accepted.
