Reference Number 0000299547 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/08/24 02:00:00 PM EDT The Ottawa Hospital is seeking quotations for the provision of as-needed plumbing maintenance services. The selected Proponent will be required to provide qualified, licensed professionals to address various plumbing needs, including but not limited to: Routine and Preventive plumbing service maintenance Installation, repair and replacement of plumbing fixtures, faucets, sinks, toilets, urinals, showers, drain etc. These services will be required across all TOH campuses (Civic, General, Riverside). The Purchaser reserves the right to add or remove locations at their sole discretion. The Proponent must possess knowledge and expertise specific to equipment and controls in the industry. The Proponent shall execute the work in a careful and workmanlike manner, report equipment condition and service recommendations all in accordance with all applicable Codes and Standards. Hours of Work and Response Time "Regular Hours" refers to regular working hours of 07:00 hrs-17:00 hrs, Monday to Friday. Have the required personnel on site, ready to commence work within two (2) hours of receiving a call during Regular Hours. "All Times Beyond Regular" refers to working hours during the time of 17:01-06:59, Monday to Friday and twenty-four (24) hours per day on Saturday, Sunday and Statutory Holidays. Have the required personnel on site, ready to commence work within two (2) hours of receiving a call during "All Times Beyond Regular". Emergency Calls Respond to emergency calls twenty-four (24) Hours per day, seven (7) days per week, three-hundred sixty-five (365) days per year. Proponent must be available 24/7. Be in contact with the Purchaser's Representative within ten (10) minutes of receiving an emergency call. Have the required personnel on site, ready to commence work within one (1) hour of receiving an emergency call.
