The Holyoke Housing Authority (HHA) is seeking price quotes from qualified, licensed, and insured contractors who hold a Moderate Risk Deleading License from the Department of Labor Standard (DLS) to make Intact of Lead Based Paint on the steel support columns and steel I-beams and other surfaces documented as having loose Lead Based Paint. Copies of Post Compliance Assessment Determination reports issued by ATC in 2020 available upon request. The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to make intact all Lead Based Paint on existing steel columns and I beam located in the basements of three (3) units. Paint to be of oil Based Primer/Paint. As well as post abatement clean up and waste removal following state and local regulations for obtaining updated letters of compliance for said units. The work is estimated to cost $15,000.00. The successful quoter will be required to furnish a payment bond in the amount equal to 50% of the total contract amount if the contract is greater than $25,000.00. The Payment Bond must be obtained within 10 days of the contract award.
