The Holyoke Public Schools is looking to replace the existing Hi-Bay 400-watt Metal Halide lamps with LED Corn Cob bulbs at Dean Techinical High School. The work will take place in the following shop locations by bypassing the ballast, rewiring in place a wire mogul base lamp holder to the line voltage conductors and replacing the existing Hi-Bay 400-watt Metal Halide lamps with LED corn cob bulbs. The contractor is to supply all labor and material including lifts and permits. The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Scope of Work: 1. Provide the necessary means and methods to replace the existing Hi-Bay 400-watt Metal Halide lamps with LED Corn Cob bulbs. 2. Provide the necessary means and methods to perform the work of bypassing the ballast, rewiring a wire mogul base lamp holder in place to the line voltage conductors, and replacing the existing Hi-Bay 400-watt Metal Halide lamps with LED corn cob bulbs. 3. The contractor is to supply all labor and material, including lifts and permits. Shop fixture list: Auto Repair (30), Diesel (19), Auto Body (20), Building & Grounds (16), Carpentry (33), Metal Fabrication (32). 4. Provide the specified LED Corn Cob bulbs that the district is looking to use in the shops. 5. Provide new materials by installing them per the manufacturers instructions. Ensure the proper installation of the products provided by the contractor, as per the manufacturers installation instructions. 6.
