Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Holyoke, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Road Repairs Annual Contract. The scope of work is for permanent surface restoration which includes blacktop and concrete patching of roads and sidewalks and occasional soil and grass restoration. Prevailing Wage Rates apply. All bidders are required to submit a bid deposit equal to $25,000. The successful bidder shall furnish both a Payment Bond and Performance Bond of $250,000 (50% of estimated total contract value).
