Perform natural gas distribution pipeline upgrades including, but not limited to, main and service installations and abandonments, as well as any required street, sidewalk and lawn restoration work during the 2026 construction season. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Prevailing Wage Rates apply. All bidders are required to submit a bid deposit equal to $112,500. The successful bidder will be required to obtain satisfactory Payment and Performance Bonds each equal to $2,250,000.
