Furnishing the Necessary Labor, Materials, Equipment, Tools, and Guarantees Thereof to Construct Veterans Monument and Library Park Rehabilitation Project Work to Be Performed Includes but is Not Limited to: Expansion of the Veterans Monument, Including Installation of New Basalt Columns and Monument Plaza Improvements; Expansion of the Playground and Installation of Perimeter Safety Fencing; Restoration of Asphalt and Concrete Paths and Ada Ramps; Installation of Site Furnishings; Lawn Restoration; Irrigation System Improvements; Installation of Park Lighting; Clearing and Demolition of Existing Park Features to Be Replaced; Tree Protection Measures; and Associated Grading, Drainage, and Limited Excavation/earthwork Necessary to Complete the Work. The Work Shall Be Physically Complete Within 100 Working Days After the Commencement Date Stated in the Notice to Proceed. All Physical Work on the Project Must Be Completed Before October 31, 2026. All Proposals Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, Money Order, or Bid Bond Payable to the City of Mill Creek and in an Amount of Not Less Than Five Percent (%5) of the Total Amount Bid. The City of Mill Creek Expressly Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals and to Waive Minor Irregularities or Informalities and to Award the Project to the Lowest Responsive, Responsible Bidder, as It Best Serves the Interests of the City.
