Site work and paving for a road / highway in Corvallis, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work consists of providing all services, labor, materials, and equipment necessary for hot poured crack sealing, applying a Type II slurry seal, and any other related construction as required in the Specifications to preserve and extend the life of streets in Corvallis. All work including punch list items and final clean- up shall be completed by October 30th, 2025, or within 30 consecutive workdays once On-Site Work begins, whichever occurs first. Exceptions to Requirements and/or Clarifications, Substitution Requests MAIL to John.simonson@corvallisoregon.gov Work described in this contract and the basis of payment shall include all services, labor, materials and equipment necessary for hot poured crack sealing, applying a Type II slurry seal, and any other related construction as required in the Specifications to preserve and extend the life of streets in Corvallis Additional work locations may be identified and performed under this Invitation to Bid upon request from the City and agreement by the Contractor The Work schedule and traffic control plan shall progress in accordance with Section 11.8 of the Construction Specifications The City has chosen to answer this question and will allow for additional questions until 5:00pm on August 11, 2025.
