Description

Site work and outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field in Corvallis, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.

Fortis is requesting lump sum bid proposals to act as the prime contractor owning all scope to provide a turnkey solution in the construction of field lighting for baseball and softball fields at CVHS and CHS located at 4444 NW Highland Dr in Corvallis, OR 97330 and 1400 NW Buchanan Ave in Corvallis, OR 97330 respectively. The awarded contractor will enter into a prime contract with the Corvallis School District. Fortis will not participate in any aspect of the project following the bidding process. Contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the project including but not limited to safety, logistics, schedule, cost management, and facilitating owner meetings.
