Site work for a civil project in Corvallis, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Benton County is seeking qualified contractors for the repair and stabilizing of a landslide-damaged section of Cardwell Hill Road by building a stone embankment buttress with drainage and resurfacing, along with standard roadwork tasks like clearing, erosion control, and traffic management. Bidders must be prequalified for the following work classes: Aggregate Bases Earthwork and Drainage Landscaping Temporary Traffic Control Prequalification can be met by bidder submitting Oregon Department of Transportation prequalification or providing two (2) to three (3) examples of similar construction projects completed. The Bid Proposal must be accompanied by cash, cashier's check, certified check or bid bond payable to Benton County, Corvallis, Oregon, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount. No Pre-Bid Conference Benton County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to postpone the award of the contract for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days, and to accept that proposal which is in the best interest of the County.
