Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Williamsville, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
We are seeking a paving company to perform site improvements to an existing nature trail behind our corporate office in Williamsville, NY. Proposals are for site improvements to the nature trail as follows: 1. Contractor to obtain and pay for permits. 2. Install asphalt topcoat 1,200-LF of existing trail: a. Product - Use type 7F b. Thickness - 1" c. Tack coat - Yes 3. Install three (3) Turn-Out Picnic areas: a. Locations will be marked out by owner b. Size - 100sf each (Shapes will vary) c. Sub-base - Assume 12" of compacted stone or road millings d. Binder - 2" asphalt binder e. Top - 1' Type 7F asphalt top 4. See Site Plan attached to RFP 5. Each bidder must visit the site 6. Create a flush joint at all existing pavements 7. Project must be completed by September 12, 2025.
