CR Number: 2126553 The Arc Erie County NY, (hereinafter referred to as The Agency), a nonprofit organization in Williamsville, NY, is requesting proposals for a Lighting Contractor (hereinafter referred to as Respondent) to replace the lobby skylight at door #1 at 30 Wilson Road, Williamsville, NY. This project is tax exempt, non-prevailing wage. Scope of Work 1. Replace old skylight panels with similar product. 2. Submit product for approval before ordering. (If product is discontinued, or there is a product you feel would work better, please submit your comments.) 3. Include all required fastening hardware, adhesives, caulking for a complete job. 4. Dispose of old skylight and window treatments off site. 5. Report any issues with the existing curb or roof with Owner as soon as any issue is found. 6. Original construction drawings, attached. 7. Provide temporary protection from inclement weather during your work. 8. Work hours: Exterior, anytime; Inside lobby, we would prefer work to be done outside of business hours but can be flexible. 9. Work to be completed by November 21, 2025 Replace lobby skylight in our corporate office.
