Replace four (4) existing exterior aluminum and glass doors at our 30 Wilson Road, Williamsville, NY location. Scope of Work 1. Replace four (4) existing exterior aluminum and glass doors, #3, #4, #6, #7. Please see pictures provided. 2. Material: Kawneer Permanodic Anodized Finishes. 3. Color: Match existing building color (Dark Bronze). 4. Glass: 1" insulated clear. 5. Film: Security film by 3M (Ultra S800). 6. Size: All four (4) new doors shall be 42"wide, full opening height, remaining space to be sidelight. 7. Key: Match building master. 8. Latch: Provide electric surface latch. 9. Exterior Pull: Wire pull, dark bronze. 10.Threshold: Aluminum, low profile. 11.Existing Card Reader will be removed and replaced by Owner's vendor. 12.Existing Alarm Point will be removed and replaced by Owner's vendor. 13.Existing Mag Locks will be removed by Owner's vendor. 14.New Latch will be wired by Owner's vendor. 15.Door Swings: #3 - LH (same as existing). 16.Door Swings: #4 - LH. 17.Door Swings: #6 - LH (Change from existing). 18.Door Swings: #7 - RH (Change from existing). 19.Demolition: Contractor to handle all demolition and disposal off-site. 20.Sub-Framing: Contractor to handle all required new sub-framing. 21.Shop Drawings: Contractor to provide shop drawings for Owner's approval before fabrication starts Question Submission Deadline Friday, August 21, 2026 Question Submission Deadline Please email questions and your proposal to bids@arceriecounty.org by the deadlines outlined on page one
