Furnish all work and materials, appliances, tools, equipment, facilities, transportation and services required and incidental thereto, as shown on the Drawings and/or specified herein including but not limited to; the procurement and transportation of interlocking concrete pavers (ICP), the excavation and preparation of all base materials, base sand, polymeric joint sand, edge restraint, for all Contractor supplied ICP materials. The memorial structure is to be located at the Harlon Block Sports Complex located at 1020 West 18th Street in Weslaco, Texas. The City of Weslaco reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, and to accept the bid to be the best value and most advantageous (as allowed in Local Government Code 252.043) to the City and to hold bids for a period of sixty (60) days without taking action, for the purpose of reviewing and investigation of respondent's qualifications prior to award. Bids must be submitted electronically online, no other form of submission will be accepted. Completion- 120 calendar days
