Renovation of a development in South Jordan, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a development.
The South Fork quarters in American Fork Canyon is a historic building that is showing signs of rapid settlement and cracking (See pictures in structural engineering report). The purpose of this contract is to stabilize the foundation of the building using helical piers, as well as fill in the vertical cracks that are in the basement walls of the building.
