Site work and outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field in Tamaqua, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Work generally consists of the installation of Sports Court Lighting, complete in place. The work locations are more specifically identified in the project manual/bid documents and project drawings. Question Deadline 08/11/2025 Questions received later than ten calendar days prior to the date for opening of Bids, or the deadline, if any, indicated on the Invitation to Bid, may not be answered. Ryan Memorial Park Lighting Bids for this Contract shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid. All Bids shall be effective for sixty (60) calendar days. The Work generally consists of the installation of Sports Court Lighting, complete in place. The work locations are more specifically identified in the project manual/bid documents and project drawings. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond, and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. This project is subject to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania prevailing wage requirements.
