Start/Delivery Date January 15th, 2026 Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 08/12/2025 12:00 PM (PDT) City of Santa Barbara Waterfront Department is seeking a vendor to provide lumber and heavy timber for Waterfront Department for FY26 see Specifications Section 7.0 for details. Time is of the essence. Failure to deliver the bid product(s) within the time specified in these bid documents shall constitute material breach of contract. Failure of successful bidder to deliver the bid product(s) within the specified calendar days will result in damages, and for each consecutive day in excess, the contractor shall pay to the City the sum of $100.00 per calendar day. Such amount shall not be construed as a penalty but as a minimum value of liquidated damages which may be deducted from payment due to contractor if such delay occurs.
