Site work for a water / sewer project in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project scope of work includes rehabilitation of an existing steel sheet pile dockwall and other related improvements. A detailed scope of work is provided in Section 011000 (Summary of Work). Q And A Open 6/11/2025 4:30:00 AM Q And A Close 8/6/2025 1:30:00 AM PPE requirements for the Site Visit include: hard hat; ear plugs; safety glasses; high visibility safety vest; work gloves; steel toed boots; life jacket (within five feet of the dockwall). Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security (certified check or bond) duly executed by the Bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by the Owner in the amount of 5% of their Bid. Bid security requirements are outlined in Section 004300 (Bid Bond Form). Attorney-in-fact who signs the bid bond must file a certified (with original not- copy of signature) and effectively dated copy of their power of attorney. A Mandatory Site Visit must be completed during the period from July 9th, 2025 to July 24th, 2025. Bidders will have the option to complete a Site Visit on July 9th, 2025
