The Town of Somerset is seeking to restore the Tennis court(s) located at Pierce Beach Park, 295 South St. Somerset MA. Pierce Playground Tennis Court Restoration Project Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. All questions must be submitted to the Town in writing by e-mail to jdasilva@town.somerset.ma.us, no later than 8/11/25. The Town seeks a licensed, bonded, and insured company that complies with all Massachusetts procurement requirements, including but not limited to the following scope of services: Must provide all labor, equipment and materials. The Contractor is responsible for any and all permits or licenses associated to the project. General Scope: Tennis Court repairs for 60' X 120' Tennis Court Saw-cut Match-points at Full Depth Cracks (360') Remove and Dispose of pavement (18" wide) Fine Grade and compact existing subbase full depth cracks Install Hot Mix Asphalt no less than 3" depth or better Clean/Blowout Cracks 1/4 ' to 1.5"wide (80') & Apply Liquid Crack Filler Remove and Dispose of Existing Tennis Posts, Net(s), materials Furnish and install new Edward Classic 3' Tennis Posts with Sleeves, Edward Classic 40LS Tennis Net, Center Anchor, and all associated hardware and or materials for the appropriate and complete use of the Tennis Court
