Description

Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Somerset, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

Requesting proposals for the removal and replacement of two Bocce Courts. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and insurance to perform all work required for the project known as the Replacement of Somerset Bocce Courts Project, in strict accordance with the Contract Documents and all related Drawings and Specifications. The said Documents, Specifications, Drawings and any GENERAL SUPPLEMENTARY CONDITIONS are incorporated herein by reference and are made a part of this Agreement.
