Renovation of a military facility in Kansas City, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, intends to solicit and award a contract to replace fire alarms in multiple buildings at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, in accordance with Department of Defense building standards and regulations. The Government proposes to issue a firm-fixed price request for proposal contract award for this project. This contract would have a base of two buildings and an option for seven more buildings with a square footage (SF) range of 3,165 to 43,056 SF (majority under 25,000 SF). The magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
