Site work for a water / sewer project in Kansas City, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Provide fixed-price design-build services for design, construction, and commissioning of the following scope of work, including but not limited to 15kV primary automatic transfer switchgear in three separate buses - a generator tie bus located between two independent utility distribution buses. Two 500kVA, 13.2kV/480V three-phase pad transformers. Two 3000kVA, 13.2kV/480V three-phase pad transformers. Utility coordination to assist Evergy with service upgrade requirements. Sitework improvements to connect new power equipment to existing distribution conduit and switchgear. Provide fixed-price design-build services for design, construction, and commissioning of the following scope of work, including but not limited to Design provisions for future standby generator into the new switchgear. Work planning and sequencing to test and commission new primary switchgear and cut site power over to new equipment without site process disruption. Demolition of existing power pen facilities. Updated SKM Model, including ArcFlash Study for the Power Pen with focus on reasonable incident energy considerations.
