All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 from the current version of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. A certified or cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal.
