Site work and paving for a road / highway in Kansas City, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

All bids shall be submitted in the form of a written offer on the bid form provided in the bid documents. The proposed work includes: construction of two (2) traffic roundabouts at the intersection of Interstate29 and NW Cookingham Drive, Kansas City, Missouri, with one (1) such roundabout located west of Interstate 29, and one (1) such roundabout located east of Interstate 29. This is a public improvement project with a Project Title of: Roadway &Intersection Improvements I-29 and Cookingham Drive. Question Deadline 08/21/2025 Bidders and Sub-bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request which shall reach the Engineer at least four (4) working days prior to the date for receipt of Bids. All bidders must be on MoDOT's Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 from the current version of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file seven (7)days prior to bid opening. A certified or cashier's check or a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) shall be submitted with each proposal. The Ambassador Building Community Improvement District reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The MBE goal for this project is fifteen percent(15%). The WBE goal for this project is ten percent (10%). The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder.
