The Mid-America Regional Council is seeking qualified and competent consultant support to provide On-Call Planning Support Services for assistance with various Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) projects and programs, on an as-needed basis. MARC intends for the RFQ process to result in the execution of On-Call Planning Support Services Agreements and subsequent Task Orders (TOs) between MARC and the selected firm(s). MARC seeks to retain consulting services of a qualified Planning Consultant or firm to provide planning consultation On-Call Services for MARC. The anticipated work performed under this proposed contract is outlined in the Scope of Work. MARC intends to execute a 'Time-and Materials' contract, with a not-to exceed amount of $50,000 within each calendar year for approximately fifteen months (ending 12/31/2026), MARC reserves the right to renew the arrangement for two additional 12- months periods. The total budget for the work is not-to exceed $200,000 through 2028, assuming the contract is extended for the two additional 12-months periods Questions Due Wednesday, August 13, 2025, EOB MARC reserves the right to reject any or all qualifications submitted. All questions related to RFQ must be in writing and email to MARC by Wednesday, August 13, 2025. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
