The successful contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, disposal, and supervision necessary for: Asbestos abatement in accordance with the asbestos inspection report, which can be provided by email request. Proper disposal of all hazardous and non-hazardous materials. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept the bid deemed most advantageous. Scope - iSi Environmental (iSi) was contracted by City of Canton, Kansas, to perform an asbestos NESHAP \nsurvey of the vacant building, located at 601 S. Kansas in Canton, Kansas. The purpose of this survey was to identify the presence of asbestos-containing materials (ACM) that may be impacted as a result of planned demolition of the building for compliance with the EPA National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants NESHAP)
