Oconee County is requesting bids from Contractors interested in furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and any other miscellaneous items necessary for the construction of the Calls Creek WRF EUluent Force Main in Oconee County. The project consists of, but is not limited to, construction of approximately 17,600 LF of 24" diameter reuse water eUluent force main, cascade aerator, and 385 LF of 30" gravity outfall piping, including 325 LF of jack and bore casing, 1,840 LF of open cut installed casing, air release valves, construction access road, appurtenances, and a connection to an existing reuse water eUluent force main stub at Oconee County's Calls Creek Water Reclamation Facility. A bid bond* in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount and a Consent of Surety must be enclosed in your bid submission at the time of the bid opening. The Consent of Surety shall state that upon award of agreement, a Performance and Payment bond of one hundred percent (100%) of the total agreement amount can be furnished. *Surety companies executing bonds must be authorized to transact business in the State of Georgia.
