Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Marlboro, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project generally consists of the installation of curb and sidewalk along the west side of Topanemus Road between Wyncrest Road and Julian Way. The improvements include the installation of beam guide rail and concrete curb and sidewalk as well as the construction of ADA curb ramps with detectable warning surfaces and related work. The project also includes the reconstruction of inlets and the installation of bicycle safe grates and Type 'N' ECO inlet castings as required by the Tier "A" Municipal Stormwater Regulations, and stormwater management improvements as required. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders who obtain bid documents to check the Marlboro Township website for any addenda issued prior to the bid opening. Failure to do so could result in the rejection of your submission. The said Contract Documents and Proposal sheets may also be examined at the office of the Marlboro Township Municipal Clerk, 1979 Township Drive, Marlboro, New Jersey 07746.
