In order to do so, Addison Township requires a playground design with total cost of equipment, materials and labor. to seek grant opportunities, we seek firms to design a playground with total cost of equipment, materials and labor. The design and cost proposals will be presented to the Township Board for review and/or selection. Based on the design and cost selected, the Township Board will then seek funding. The project may commence when the funding, is secured. The Township will make every effort to complete this project using the selected firm based on the accepted design and proposal. The Township is open to your professional opinion and design. 1. Playground equipment in the highlighted area (attached). 2. Possible area by fence line for standalone equipment, swings etc. 3. Include inclusive activities and/or equipment. 4. Playground surface, turf. You may quote for both turf or rubber surface, meeting all ADA requirements. 5. Bright colors inviting to the youth. 6. Playground equipment for ages 2-5 and 5-12. 7. If possible, an area for a few swings. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all written proposals, in whole or in part, and waive any irregularities therein. The proposals may be awarded, rejected or re-advertised at the sole discretion of the Township. Addison Township has, and expressly reserves, the right to accept or reject any or all written proposals without cause and at the Township's sole discretion. Proposers agree and acknowledge that, by submitting a written proposal, proposer waives any claim against Addison Township for costs or fees incurred in this RFP process.
