Huempfner CBOC, 2821 University Avenue, Green Bay, WI 54311 Union Grove CBOC, 21425 Spring Street, Union Grove, WI 53182 Oconomowoc CBOC, 1289 Olympia Fields Drive, Oconomowoc, WI 53066 Base Year: 10/01/2025 - 09/30/2026 Option Year 1: 10/01/2026 - 09/30/2027 Option Year 2: 10/01/2027 - 09/30/2028 Option Year 3: 10/01/2028 - 09/30/2029 Option Year 4: 10/01/2029 - 09/30/2030 In order to maintain integrity of this solicitation and subsequent award date, all offerors are advised that any question-and-answer requests must be submitted in a written form via e-mail to the eileen.meyer@va.gov no later than THURSDAY AUGUST 11, AT 10AM LOCAL TIME.
