*As of August 15, 2025 this project has been rejected and no plan rebidding at this time* The Project includes the construction of approximately 17,450 LF of 12-inch DIP water line along SR-63 in LaFollette, Campbell County, TN. Bids will be received for a base bid and alternatives, with a single prime contract at the Owner's discretion. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Question Deadline 08/11/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than three days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
