The Complexity Factor for this project is 0. The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on October 23, 2025, at 8:30 AM at the Region One/District One Office in Schaumburg. Phase III engineering services are required to provide construction engineering for subject improvement. Work includes, but is not limited to, roadway reconstruction and widening with hotmix asphalt pavement, resurfacing, multi-cell box culverts, pipe culverts, storm sewer systems, ditch grading, pavement markings, landscaping, quardrail, and other miscellaneaous items of work in accordance with the plans and specifications, all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project.
