The estimated cost for the project is between $2,609,311.00 and $3,158,640.00 with a bid deposit of $157,932.00. Compliance with the District's Affirmative Action Ordinance, Revised Appendix D, Appendix V, and the Multi-Project Labor Agreement is required. All contracts are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-et.seq.).
