**As of September 18th, 2025, the project was awarded to Pember Companies, with an awarded amount of $171,704.29.** In general, work consists of the following: Building renovations and improvements including but not limited to o Construct new external door and stoop o Weatherproof existing windows o Construct new concrete patio with accessible pathway to the adjacent parking lot o Furnish and install new accessible picnic tables at concrete patio o Install new interior flooring o Remodel the men's and women's restrooms with an emphasis on ADA accessibility o Upgrade door frames and hardware to meet current accessibility codes o Repaint the building's exterior o Improve HVAC and plumbing systems to meet modern code standards o Upgrade electrical systems, including floodlights and water heater o Perform landscape improvements, as needed, to support the concrete patio enhancements Direct inquiries to Architect Project Manager Bob Slipka, at 612.201.5949. Bid Security in the amount of 5 percent of the amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
