Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lowell, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond by a recognized surety in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total of the bid price. After the time of opening, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of Sixty (60) days. The City of Lowell reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Lowell. Question Deadline 08/14/2025 Questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the ENGINEER not less than seven (7) days prior to date of opening of Bids.
