Certification of Bidder Regarding Section 3 and Segregated Facilities. 5. Certification of Prime BidderRegarding Equal EmploymentOpportunity. 6. Certification of Prime BidderRegarding Non-Segregated Facilities. 7. Contractor's Certification Concerning Labor Standards and Prevailing Wage Requirements. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish an ArkansasPerformance and Payment Bondor Bonds in the amount of 100percent of the Contract Bid forcontracts that exceed $25,000 inaccordance with Arkansas Statue18- 44-503. The PHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive anyinformalities in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for aperiod of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bidswithout the consent of the PHA.
