The project is located at the proposed Village of Elkhart Lake Department of Public Works building, to be constructed on a parcel at the intersection of East St and Maple St in Elkhart Lake, WI. An estimated amount of the major work items for the above contract includes: Demolition of two existing buildings and two outbuilding/structures including foundations; site preparation including erosion control, mass site grading and landscape restoration; and storm sewer including 2 outfall structures and storm sewer piping. All Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, payable to the Village of Elkhart Lake, in the amount equal to five percent of the bid. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within the 90-day period after the date of the bid opening.
