The City of Lake City is Seeking Bid Proposals From Licensed Contractors for the Repairs of 588 Moore Street Caused Byvandilisim.to Include the Removal and Replacement of Drywall and All 0th Er Water Asorbi Ng Wall Coverings Damaged by Flooding Including Insulation. The Removal and Replacement of Any Damaged Fixtures and Other Components of the Structure Caused Byvadilisim. Clean and Sanitize All Exposed Floor and Wall Surfaces That Were Damamged Due to Vadilisim. The Priming and Painting of the Interior Walls Include: One (1) Coat of Prime/ Seal and One (1) Coat of Paint. The Painting of All Trim Boards and Baseboards With Two (2) Coats of Paint. The Abatement and Removal of All Devris Associated Woth the Project. This Project Must Comply With All City Ordinances and State Regulations. It is Recommended That Before Fianl Bid Submission, the Contractor Visit the Location of Ste for Accurate Damage Assessment Work Should Begin Within 30 Days of the Contract Award and Must Be Completed Within 90 Days. Liquidated Damages of $100.00 Per Day Will Be Assessed for Failure to Complete All Work Within 120 Days. All Contractors and Subcontractors Must Be Licensed and Insured; Must Provide a Certificate of Insurance for Worker's Compensation in the Bid Packet (Must Issued From Broker). M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process. City of Lake City Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids Submitted for the Request. If Your Company is Awarded the Bid, You Will Be Required to Obtain a City Buisness License and All Applicable Permits as Required by All City of Lake City Ordinances Where Applicable. Permit Cost May Be Waived at the Descretion of the City.
