Provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and any other necessary items to deliver and install an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and Access Control System (ACS) at the 23rd STS Compound. Work must be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work and includes installation, equipment, materials, and labor. Evaluation will be based on price, technical acceptability, and past performance. This acquisition is restricted to small businesses under NAICS code 561621. Location: 23rd STS Compound Hurlburt Field 350 Tully Street Hurlburt Field, FL 32544 A Honeywell-Vindicator certified contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, travel, materials, tools, equipment, accessories and other items necessary to safely complete the installation of all components to Air Force standards set forth in certification standards DAFI 31- 101, Security Procedures for Head Quarters 25th Air Force and related safety publications to include TIA/EIA-570, Residential Telecommunications Cabling Standards, TIA/EIA-607, Commercial Building Grounding and bonding requirements for Telecommunications, NFPA 70 National Electric Code (NEC), NFPA 101, Life Safety Code, NFPA 780, Standard for the installation of Lightning Protection Systems and the Security Forces Non-Nuclear CMDlist, dated 29 April 2024.
